My Vegan Journey
My journey to veganism began over a decade ago, sparked by a profound moment of reflection. Growing up, I was always health-conscious, but it wasn’t until a close family member fell seriously ill that I began to rethink my eating habits. I delved into research and discovered the incredible benefits of a plant-based diet—not just for personal health, but also for the environment and animal welfare.
In 2010, I made the life-changing decision to adopt a vegan lifestyle. This transition was both challenging and rewarding, as I explored a myriad of plant-based foods and discovered the endless possibilities they offer. From experimenting with vibrant vegetables to perfecting hearty legumes, my kitchen became a playground of flavors and textures.
